Boomers don't want you to know this, but rent is free. Just pay rent for the first month and then squat there till they kick you. In Spain it takes from 9 months to 3 years. Not a crime, and you can just not pay the owed rent and the debt will go away after 5 years of not paying. In some countries you can even break inside empty homes and live there for years till they kick you or even inherit the property if it was abandoned and no one noticed you were living there for years.
