Two of the most prominent ones: (1) the Kursk convoy which accompanying 150 infantrymen all dead in a HIMARS attack. (2) Training post in Donetsk where more than 50 recruits were killed in a HIMARS attack. I give them 2 points because unlike Iran, they have dared to kill US official Lindsay and managed to score a hit on a Brazilian/Colombian mercenary facility which killed more than 30 fighters in a single strike.

I think there might've been some backchannel talks where Putin actually threatened nukes if it happened.
