What going on in the housing market? Why aren’t zoomers and millenials buying?

>3700sqft on a 10k sqft lot
>In Texas
That house isn't worth half of that I don't care if the appliances massage your balls for you while you use them

That's a 600k home tops

Gavin Newsom been setting fires all over California so that the housing prices stay high reducing supply and blocking rebuilding contract permits in mass droves.

importing more brown people should fix it

No money.
>so? work harder
Pay $150 per hour and we'll have the purchasing power of a burgerflipper at McDonald's in 1970.
Not a joke. Run the math.

Best part is they are gonna have to take 900k cash from some globohomo corp that will leave it empty to use as collateral for loans, or even less from spics that make a living flipping homes

the home has way to many windows, if I'm paying that much I want something solid that I could give to my future grandkids or nephews
but realistically, it makes more sense to just rent and invest my excess income. when I retire at 60~ and inherit one of my (grand)parents houses I'll be able to retire and play bingo until I'm 100 or something
makes more sense than making a huge purchase and wiping out my savings on a money sink. that shits made of windows ffs

They’re still overvalued for new buyers (well anyone really because of things like stamp duty). They’re just approaching the prices of a few years ago at the moment. Covid was when we saw the huge price spike

I never got the excessive windows thing. It looks good from the outside but it must be awful to live inside. It’s not just a privacy issue but imagine how hot it would get

I’m a millennial and I own 13 houses actually. I rent 10 of them out.

Why would I buy a house? I don't have a wife, and I will not bring white children into this savage brown world just for them to suffer. I will not buy, I will not work, and you can't do anything to stop me.

That's expensive for a computer rendering.
