Cause we work with women and outperform them? Working in a professional environment is different than being a cashier, there skill differences become more noticeable. In engineering and IT the difference becomes painful. All technical work is being done by men, and women fall back to secretary like work cause that's all they can handle. Despite the women having a much easier job (for the same pay) they're fucking slow at it. The meme of taking 8 hours to write two emails is real.
