Things are ole school around here! Families are tight knit, almost every lot has three varying forms of a residence to it, typically 1 trailer, another slightly less shitty trailer, and then the fabricated home. I hope they arent too old school and doing the whole massa's house thing!
While it rarely gets cold enough to warrant a jacket round here, many of the big houses have chimney's just in case! The bigger the better! Must be cooking a lot or something.
While it has a small town feel, dont worry about cell signal there's plenty! Tons of radio towers and other structures to make sure you stay connected! Hope that electric fence don't mess with their signal!
