Sorry, normgroid. Woke 1 was the elevation of the Bishop of Rome to the invented Chair of Peter.

Woke 1.0 was referred to in Book II of Herodotus's Histories when he describes the odd cultural practices of the Egyptians. He explains that the women would tend to the market stalls while the men would stay indoors weaving. He also says women urinated standing up while men crouched/sat. Women carried heavy loads on their shoulders while the men carried them on their heads

I think he defines a (seemingly) spontaneous mass movement as "woke."
Our alcohol prohibition movement in the 1920s was several things at once: a progressive public health initiative to erradicate alcoholism; a social engineering experiment to modify public behavior; a religious movement to elevate our collective morality. It was embraced because it made so many promises and failed for the same reason.
It also succeeded because the pastor leading it refused to let other woke movements (like women's suffrage) attach to it.
And before all that, abolition of slavery was "woke." I bet a historian could enumerate hundreds of woke movenments, bad and good, failed and successful.

so they had the women do heavy labor so much so they pissed themselves so they could be lazy artisans all day? fucking based. also woke 1.0 was when grug allowed woman grug to own rocks also.
>>
This is excessive. Woke was coined in recent history, therefore woke1 was the SWJ era. Woke2 will be the "muh billionaires" an others things secretly targeting whiteness.
>>
Woke 1 was judaism. Woke 2 was christianity.

It's all crap and no one has praxis.

Devs gotta solve the world pretty much. Crypto things.

People need money. That's all it is.

If people had money in their bedroom, they wouldn't have to racemix. Big solve there.

I'm not talking voyeurism either, where you have to let people look at your shit.

>reject the term woke because it's seen as a pejorative
>fail at that, so embrace the term woke
>have to redefine it on the daily
>resolve to redefine it incrementally using integers

It's all the same really.
Just less collectivism and more individuality. Because conformity was too stifling it seems.

Fewer people who are doing what they should be doing for the good of the whole, more people who are selfishly doing whatever it is that they desire.
Women desired to work, but not just any jobs, only the fancy, well paid office jobs. Men desired to become women, hence trannies came about.
Jeets and muslims desired to move to the west illegally rather than fix their own countries so they can live here on gibs and vandalize shit.
No one is doing what's best for the collective anymore, and so the social contract broke.

metoo was just 2016 election cope, and on an embarrassing scale. the only reason it had the reach it did was because of twitter's total dominance as a messaging platform

>How exactly do we define woke according to this
It's the pretension that you're part of a special club that sees reality for what it is and everyone else is gazing at the shadows on the cave wall. The scales have fallen from your eyes and you know that only you are right. It is, in a word, schizophrenia.
