Ukraine is still suffering from its chronic manpower shortage, yet the official numbers state that 4.3 mio. Ukrainians have fled ukraine (just) for the EU of which about 1/4rd to 1/3rd are fighing age men, so at least 1 mio fighters with about 260.000 in germany alone.Meanwhile every EU nation has its own version of the draft and sees violations against it as a crime and recognizes the Kiev regime as legitimate. It's a lose-lose situation for them. I don't blame them for not wanting to die in the most horrific way possible when the only reward they will get is a slow genocide of whoever is left.
