Extreme house prices are good for investors in capitalism. But investors will never make a penny of profit for a house under communism because it's not a commodity available for investors to profit from

Housing gets solved pretty fast when the population stops growing, renters exist because families with 1 house get 4 kids, not all can inherit.Even refugee camps develop into proper cities when they stop growing, the burden of construction isnt infinite.
