Bros its nuts. Just today, a group of about 5 people walked through my neighborhood. It looked odd because they were dressed roughly business casual. I knew they were marking something out because someone had a spray can in his hand. They stood near the rood for some time, making arm movements obviously talking about the road, the cars coming and going, etc.Well I went out to check later, and I see a mark, sort of like a ^ symbol, on the road. I'm really worried these were flockniggers out in the neighborhood surveying for where to put up cameras. I'll have to go out later and see if there's more of those marks.
