China released their best researched AI (KIMI K3) for free and it's better than every American paid AI combined. And the best part is it's constantly updated.

>150k in hardware though

Localised AI will become so powerful, you can literally make a full 4k movie within microseconds and the hardware will be in every desktop.

here you go: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9kejfKCb0S8

well yes this is NOT yet beating years of work by teams of 200 people. but it's a video game, and not a fully basic one.

also a lot of people made mods (not cosmetics, the kind that hooks into API and runs code including like wrapping around methods to do other stuff which typically was the more "skilled" type of mod than data file edits)

ah you want AI in the game?

the trouble with that is obviously that indeed nearly the moment AI stuff became interesting for video games, US speculative circular financing investors BOUGHT ALL THE DAMN HARDWARE

well yes if people now had four years to buy their one-two 4090 5090 or better successors cards that nvidia now essentially skipped to make enterprise AI while even undersupplying the already released 5090s and 4090s (never mind all the system RAM scarcity with micron etc.), games could start to have some optional AI features that are not extremely basic.

Why do you think they want to take away personal computing and have you rent cloud computing instead?
So you can't just use a local chinese model.
>>
>>541095281
C4 drones exist. Just bomb the cloud computing shit data centers. Only leave out the good ones.
>>
>>541094326
Everything in your home is made in China you rattled fecaloid shit dick worshipper
>>
Open source and free LLM will mean data centers will have even more powerful output. You did nothing except make them stronger.
Soon local AI won't be able to compete
>>
Kinda retarded, but probably true. We will get to a point where even mid range laptops will likely be able to generate stuff that is as impressive as what many paid data centers are capable of. I mean it will take years, but slowly but surely we will have extreme localized AI generation capable of impressive stuff

At which point I’m sure legislation will start being passed against localized AI usage (with some flimsy excuse about protecting children) and result in only gigantic companies being able to do AI to force everyone to use their expensive and unnecessary service
>>
>>541095572
Open source is beating the data center AI. Even Anthropic has lost grounds. Deepseek V4 And Kimi broke Gemini in every metric. Once the hardware is affordable, nobody will pay for data centers. Even companies are adapting open source since it's not a subscription model.
>>
>>541095695
>result in only gigantic companies being able to do AI to force everyone to use their expensive and unnecessary service
this seems so delusional. not only will many companies AND private citizens like, yes, gamers / coomers etc. in the USA not go for this, much of the world's legislature won't... even before gamers and coomers etc. pressure even more
>>
>>541094326
Communism
>>
>>541095845
Most companies already used cloud computing before, they aren't just going to decide to suddenly get a bunch of expensive hardware to run a local LLM.
What is really going to happen is data centers will get cheaper to run since they dont have to subscribe to a particular model and the models are open source and the private equity and owners who own the data centers will still be in business.

Nothing will change from this
>>
>>541095695
>protecting children

That's how they nerfed Grok. Won't happen to Open Source. Even now MSI AI laptops can handle most open source AI effortlessly.

Protecting children = we're getting our asses kicked so we're gonna make it illegal for you to use actual Intelligent AI.
>>
>>541094326
10 years ago that was the case. Now their shit works better. Brown hands in manufacturing ruined western production

"Data centers" aren't about computation, they're for storage and (((AI))) analysis of the soon-to-be-inescapable Flock cameras.
>>
>>541096033
You're delusional. Nobody wants to hand over their private data to data centers just so they can keep tabs on everyone.

A small hardware that's running on rooftop solar that's more powerful than the all the censored AI will kill data centers. Maybe China will mass produce GPU's compact and affordable enough to get it done.

i think soon the situation will become: "where is our hardware?" - other countries (including many with more than a small finger in the supply chain), corporations/governments that don't even particularly plan to use AI, gamers ...

us obstructionism of datacenters also is really kicking the retards in the butt pretty hard. the concerns there are often something else like raising costs of electricity, but the locals still don't like them.

You local AI niggers are even more retarded than ChatGPT spammers
ALL YOUR LOCAL MODELS WILL WORK TILL REGULATION
meaning
The second they start regulating AI, you on your local machine wont be able to generate fingerprints that datacenter generation will be able to
And if you dont have fingerprint and recipt, your goods is contraband.
I use ComfyUI nonstop but im not fucking retarded, if you have ounce of brain you just need to see how they will fuck us up and we are spreading buttcheeks for them playing their game exactly how they wanted us to play it

Ah yes, where an AI can instantly generate a news video of what's happening in the world with some people sitting behind a desk, and people post/stream it onto the internet. Literally going to be the job of journalists to insure they talk to, and stream on SECURE mainstream media channels, that the information from them is actually legitimate.

Aka, the whole "information in a bottle" paradigm, of "information" coming to someone, from what may be a hacked/compromised source of information, with AI based totality of information.... aka, when it comes to command centers, why do Star Destroyers, and other ships, have huge windows for the Captains to look through?
