I guess they’ll probably clear coat it or apply a clear resin, perhaps acrylic. Frankly I’m impressed the contractors were able to pull this off ahead of schedule and with room to spare for the upcoming state visit, especially with Trump flipping out about the slope after the presidential seal was installed the first time. Good for them, especially if it lasts more than one freeze-thaw cycle.
