I have known these people to get xrays done on their shins at their chiropractor before and after their marathon series. In people that are prone its not completely unusual for people to develop 'shin splints' (a type of common stress fracture) during marathon season. Its EXTREMELY common for people in the marathon community to refer to shin splints as broken leg(s). Also stuff like seizures, heatstroke, electrolyte imbalance symptoms are not usual in marathon runners either.Anybody that has spent any amount of time in the marathon running 'community' knows its full of insane narcissist that are clearly into masochism; they also meticulously detail everything and post and brag about it, their entire identiy is often based around it. So anybody that has been near these marathon runners before has already that "ran 15 marathons on a broken leg" story like 20 times before, and its often (technically) true. You hear so much extreme bullshit in those runner communities though it becomes par for the course; so Arday probably fit right in with most of those retards.Plus if you are young and athletic in an academic setting, nobody is going to be calling bullshit on your stories after you take them out and show off mediocre skills one or two times.
