Isn’t it scary that US politicians are able to just openly spread their propaganda on podcasts now, and people just lap it up?
How the fuck did Joe Rogan go from being a low IQ knuckle dragger who would talk about weed and DMT, to an outlet for spreading their propaganda governments bullshit under the guise of a friendly chat?

Obama signed Smith-Mundt Modernization Act of 2012
>>
>>541143225
I haven't watched Rogan in like 10 years.
>>
>>541143225
No. 15 years ago they'd just do it in a 30 minute CNN interview they'd chop up into 5 minutes. Same thing. Youtubers/podcasters are just the new mainstream media.

He started owning a comedy club and other businesses, and naturally acquired bourgeois class interests. That's what really steamed his beans about covid, the lockdowns fucked with his businesses.

the entire state has been captured by oligarchs like Musk and Thiel and various kikes who finance the whole operation

Rogan got so big so early on the podcast that he defines the medium. Rogan is the default, he is short hand for podcast and he remains the biggest. He gets the guests because he has no agenda and lets them talk. That’s literally why the left hates him, he has people on his show and he lets them talk. They think media should be agenda driven, censored and combative. I would say in terms of format and delivery it’s far less propagandistic than CNN or a 1930s presidential radio broadcast
>>
>>541143611
I did in the OP. You’re just too Australian (see: dumb) to understand :^)
>>
>>541143472
He was never famous for his comedy really. He was friends with other better comedians, went viral for being the main anti-Carlos Mencia guy when public opinion really turned against him and he kind of lucked into the modern podcast format by copying Anthony Cumia's Live from the Compound (which he was eventually banned from doing because SiriusXM thought it was a breach of non-compete for his radio contract) and having said comedian friends to make it interesting.
>>
>>541143628
the guests are the agenda, you retard

Your points are
>why are politicians allowed to talk?
>joe rogan dumb
>why politicians on dumb joe rogan?

Ok? I think the more politicians talk the more retarded they can really be seen to be

Also Australia is whiter then you
>>
>>541143669
Agenda are based. It shows you have a plan. I had an agenda in school.
>>
>>541143653
Makes sense. I always knew him as the guy who hosted Fear Factor, and was confused when I initially learned he had a massive podcast
I liked it early on, as he had some interesting guests, but Rogan himself was always the worst part. Hearing him go “woah…” whenever a scientist talked about physics or something was tolerable, but when he tried to put on his big boi boots and sound smart, it was always embarrassing.
When it became clear he was nothing more than a compromised mouthpiece for the US government I lost all interest in him

The guests have an agenda. He lets them speak their agenda. Then you are allowed to form your viewpoint on that agenda. What is the problem?
>>
>>541143743
Was the agenda churned out by an AI? That’s what American schools have to deal with now lol

before the act passed, it was technically illegal to lie directly to american citizens for the purposes of political manipulation. At the time Obama justified this aspect of it by saying they needed to lie to some terrorists and some US citizens might also hear the propaganda.

That Joe rogan podcast is popular and politicians go on it?
Seems self explanitory, he lets them talk and is somewhat entertaining
Also is self-perpetuating that he is the most popilar podcast and gets the best interviews, which then has him be the best podcast and so on and so forth
>but why joe?
Right place right time
>>
>>541143225
>Isn’t it scary that US politicians are able to just openly spread their propaganda on podcasts now
No? Why would that be strange? This has been happening since the radio.
>>
>>541143225
The sitting vice president doing an hours-long freeform conversational interview is extremely based. Do you really think that Joe Rogan would turn down a liberal politician if they offered to be interviewed? Remember when he extended the invite to Kamala and she refused?
>>
>>541145328
Was it based when he kept lying about the Epstein files while Joe offered zero pushback?
>>
>>541145328
Also, the idea that you think that was an actual freeform conversation is laughable. It was a highly prepared, scripted piece of propaganda disguised as a chit chat. The fact this deceived you just proves my point.
