In state Government jobs we sometimes have a wish for an equal men woman ratio. So sometimes they explicitly state in the job description that they would prefer men above women. So I applied and what did they do? They unironically gave me a rejection and literally stated in it "We choose a woman above you, thank you for your application". Fuck this system.
