I'm in such a bad place in my life. 35 years old, living at home, mediocre-paying job, barely any relationship history, no friends, rent is sky high near me. The issue with amenities and noise have to be remedied before the building takes place. The building should never use public land that's used by locals and the building should, as much of possible, match the style of the surrounding area. Finally, a percentage of profits from the data centre should be invested in the local community or form some type of sovereign wealth fund. This benefits the economy overall and it benefits the locals. Capitalism serves the people.
