starting with the assumption that a democracy is a viable means of organizing governance, let's move on to who should be among the class of voters?While it is easy to just say only men, and by and large that would improve governance, i'm not sure that's really ideal. Should it only be land owning men? Only men with children? Should women ever be allowed to vote in any circumstances? Should there be competency tests instead for everyone?
