If you are born in a small and rich country like Switzerland, how does it work if you are Swiss? Do you have to leave your country to find a job? Are you guaranteed a job and home if you are born Swiss? Do people just get born into apprenticeships or businesses like in pre modern times? Is everyone just rich and inherits everything? I don't understand how people make it. You always look at these European countries with houses that are 1000 years old but nobody can afford to live there. So I have to ask myself, how do the locals even survive? Yes I know Muslim immigrants get everything for free, but I'm talking about white people here.

I got just a shitty 9 years of school(Sekundar B), made a plumber apprenticeship, got appointed team leader 1 year after, then did 3 years of college (Fachhochschule) to get my trade related bachelor while working part time, got made manager and took over the business from my former boss 6 years later. I got a company, 48 employees(including 5 apprentices) and pretty much made it from nothing. He interviews a shop owner who just has this little storefront in a swiss town. Those are the kind of "mom and pop" businesses in the US that always fail or gets put out of business by some corporate slop. The old houses are/where pretty cheap (my mortgage is €400 fixed/30 years) unless you want to live in a big city which is cancerous anyways. My parents are pretty rich and supporting but I like to do it my own way. You won't get a good job right away but you will grow in to it. My current job pays €4000 a month while working 3,5 days at home. I am at the office one morning a week. I work 9 hours a day but the work I do i finnish in one and half hours. The muslim part is very overrated. Just avoid big cities. In my town I see a sandnigger once a week and have yet to see a full nigger. So life as a white guy is still pretty good.
