ALPRs don't just collect your vehicle information and your license plate they also collect; your gait, your heart rate, your face, BT signals, Wifi signals, RFID signals, Cellular signals, your dogs microchip, your heart monitor, any wearable technology you have, thermal imaging and more.

>Katz v. United States, 389 U.S. 347 (1967)
Ruled that the Fourth Amendment protects people, not just physical spaces. Meaning you have a right to privacy even in a public space if your actions are being conducted in a way that would expect privacy (such as speaking in a phone booth or having a private conversation in your car).
>United States v. U.S. District Court, 407 U.S. 297 (1972)
Ruled that the Fourth Amendment requires the executive branch to obtain a prior judicial warrant before engaging in electronic surveillance for domestic security purposes.
>Chatrie v. United States, 609 U.S. (2026)
A RULING FROM THIS YEAR that says law enforcement conducts a Fourth Amendment "search" when it acquires digital location history data via reverse location or geofence warrants, which sweep up location data from every electronic device near a crime scene.
>Carpenter v. United States (2018)
Ruled that the government acquires a "search" under the Fourth Amendment when it collects historical cell-site location information (CSLI) tracking an individual's movements over a prolonged period.
>Kyllo v. United States (2001)
Ruled that using advanced sensory technology (like thermal-imaging devices) from a public street to peer into the details of a private home that would otherwise require physical entry constitutes a 4th Amendment search and requires a warrant

SCOTUS has repeatedly ruled that mass warrantless wiretapping and surveillance is UNCONSTITUTIONAL and blatantly violates the Fourth Amendment.

The CCTV camera at the bodega in Jew York City doesn't scan your devices for RFID, BT, Wifi, gait, heart rate, facial micro-expressions, and other signals it can use. It also doesn't connect directly to a datacenter that is labelled by the US Government as a "military installation" that uses Claude Mythos to build a profile on you.

The CCTV camera at the bodega is also not connected to the other CCTV cameras at the other bodegas a county over, a state over, or even eventually an entire nation over, nigger faggot.

Well done OP.
You have consolidated the key SCOTUS rulings for which the PRESIDENT and his DOJ are obligated to enforce, via the TAKE CARE CLAUSE

>Article Two, Section 3, Clause 5
>The president must "take care that the laws be faithfully executed".
>This clause is meant to ensure that a law is faithfully executed by the president even if he disagrees with the purpose of that law.

There is no "latitude" or "discretion"extended to the Executive branch.

>>
>>541190472
The problem is when the (((Private Company))) and the (((Federal Government))) merge together and operate as one as in the case of Flock Safety. That's when you get into the fourth amendment violations.

If the government wants to get cellular data location history they must first get a warrant. If the government wants to listen in on your conversations (wiretap) they must first get a warrant. If the government wants access to your Ring doorbell camera footage archive stored on a Google or Amazon server they must first get a warrant.

When the government starts doing all these things without a warrant that is a blatant violation of your 4th Amendment rights.

Here is the Fourth Amendment:
>The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Flocks entire business model is that glowniggers can't openly use intel gathered through dragnet mass surveillance and wiretapping on US citizens even if they already have those systems in place and everyone knows it since Snowden.

So what they did is they created a fake and gay (((private company))) filled with jews who literally worked at AIPAC for decades and then gave that (((private company))) billions of dollars in government contracts to setup sensors everywhere and then the government uses that (((private company's))) dragnet mass surveillance system to get (((leads))) which then become investigations with warrants and all the other bells and whistles that glowniggers can legally utilize.
