Is it better to cook at home than just grab a burger at McDonald's
>>
>>541195188
It's better to buy and put a McDonald's restaurant in your own home.

1/3 lb * 8 = ???

bros i can't even math this
>>
We live in a world where people are too stupid to form ground beef into a patty. They pay extra so someone else will make it.
At that point why not just have them keep going and cook the burger, put it together, digest it, then shit it directly in your mouth?
>>
>>541195826
2 2/3lb. Nigger is complaining that almost 3lbs of ground beef is $20, never mind that they upcharge patties.
>>
>>541195324
This guy has spent the last hour seething over filenames across multiple threads.

If you aren’t doing this you’re an idiot I’ve gotten strip steak like this even
>>
>>541195951
Yeah I dunno
$16.60 for like 2kg meat isn't so bad
If you buy the un pressed ground beef that's not in disc form it's even cheaper
A big Mac meal is like 13 bucks and you get approximately 150g ground beef IF that

Buy ground beef and make your own dummy

>>541195188
1/3 pound? That's it? Aren't the McDonald's patties 1/4 pound?
>>
>>541196896
Standard patties at McDonalds are 1/10 pound. They have quarter pounders and used to have 1/3 pound angus burgers. The 1/4 vs 1/3 fucked with the retards who eat there though.

save money and not be a fat disgusting piece of shit
>>
>>541195951
2 1/3 lbs. $16.58 is kinda pricey for 80/20. Guess they’re charging you for forming the patties for you. I use 93/7. It’s healthier.

>Standard patties at McDonalds are 1/10 pound
And their basic single patty hamburger costs $2.69
The bun, pickles and condiments are maybe 30 cents.
Meaning they're charging around $24 per pound for the beef

Nigger you need to relearn fractions. Just do 8/3.

Part of the problem is grocers are gouging customers, selling them 0.7lbs labeled as 1lb. The beef ranchers are probably having a great time, they do less work with smaller herds and make the same amount of money or more because of how outrages prices have gotten.

It’s a Texas chain. Pronounced by the letters like USA. Aitch-EE-Bee. But when I first moved here I deliberately called it Heeb. For a long time. Still do sometimes.
>>
>>541195188
Yes but you are much better off getting ground beef and making the mixture yourself, those frozen ones kind of suck. Get some bread crumbs and an egg and some finely diced onions and then add in the secret sauce of some of that French onion soup mix. Good shit
>>
>>541197396
I meant 2 lbs 2/3, the 1 was a typo. Jeesh

Well you arent getting x8 1/3lb burgers at McDonalds for $17 so do the math. Also dont buy pre-made burgers at the grocery store unless they are doing a blend like the brisket and chuck pre-made burgers at Sam's Club. Buy the 10lb chub of beef and cut rounds out of it with a sharp knife...... pro tip !

it’s 2 and 2/3rds of a lb. are you retarded?

Ew, no McDonald's tyvm.

Make it home.

I make burgers all the time.

High quality Local butcher beef, ground up there.
Pinch if salt, peper and my super secret classified ingredient, Oregano.
Fry in clarified butter.

I like to top it with german mayo and ketchup, fresh onions and arugula. Maybe some swiss cheese.

It takes me 15-20 mins to make everything fresh.

So wholesome. lol

I'd never eat a McDonald's Anything, nope, no thanks.

I am fucking starving right now, lol. On one meal a day, and I would not eat McDonalds no way... but I am eyeing out rabbits at work outside, they still look cute but also delicious! lol

Fugggggggg.

Super proud of it too, want ice cream, I make it, my own cakes, rolls, burgers, steaks... soups evry but of it.

Or my family makes it for me.

And I love bragging about it.

mmmmm
Super cozy.

I hate these threads, today.

(Hungry and enraged) lol
>>
I am going full retard, balistic!

No more food pics.
>>
why would you buy grocery store hamburger patties unless you were cooking for like 40 people?

>>541195826
thats like 2 pounds of beef for $17. it sounds like a good deal but if you split it it's really not that cheap. you need to times the pounds by 5 to find the deals.

I got this from Sam's Club the last time I went. You do the math on the value. I separated it into 10oz bags and I defrost when I'm going to use them.
>>
McDonald’s smells terrible inside

Also has too much salt to dehydrate you
>>
>>541199025
drink water retard. soda isnt water.
>>
You can always feed yourself for very cheap at home by buying the cheapest ingredients, if you are giga broke you can look into animal/farm feed even.

Making copycat McDonald's burgers is super easy anyway. You should be able to master the Quarter Pounder on your first attempt.
There's tonnes of videos about this on YouTube.
Eg.
https://youtu.be/ihNVcd2bq2I

Once you learn to make a decent Big Mac sauce there's no reason to ever go back to McDonald's. Your burgers at home will be way better
>>
>>541199158
Yeah fast food salt levels are notoriously ideal

Imagine how bad you smell to not notice the store smelling worse
