So many young people of promise have had their futures destroyed by inclusive education, forced to spend 13 years of their lives in the same classrooms as spastics and retards. No boomer, genX and most millennials ever had to deal with this: intellectually deficient and disruptive kids were segregated out of the mainstream population of those generations' student bodies.
That's a bad statistic to use to portray the cost. It's probably more accurate to say 1/30 kids fail to reach potential otherwise because disruptive kid fucked them up. That kid didn't cause the others to fail to negotiate salary by 3%
