Canada is full of white people and attacking it makes no sense. Attacking Mexico is more rational. We should just annexe Canada with a law that only gives us citizenship to Canadians born there or who have lived there for at least 20 years. Just lay the administrative groundwork, integrate them into our tax system, and declare them annexed. Takeover a few financial instituations, requisition the good military equiptment, and just choke it wherever former body of govt tries to fund a troop movement or whatever.
