Furthermore, many of Shachtman's followers went on to have prominent roles in American labour unions, the civil rights movement, and education system. He was also close friends with Irving Kristol, who later became one of the godfathers of neoconservatism. Many of Shachtman's other followers became neocons. Shachtman himself voted for Richard Nixon at the end of his life out of his hatred for Soviet communism, seeing as he came to believe in western chauvinism and saw the Soviet Union as "equally bad" to American capitalism. Most neocons were former Trotskyists and Trotsky, likewise, HATED the working-class. Likewise, the godfather of Neoconservatism Leo Strauss saw himself and his students/cult followers as philosopher kings. This is largely because neoconservatism is an expression of Jewish supremacy. Jews believe they are the "CHOSEN PEOPLE" and seek to preserve their ethnocentrism and tribalism against the universal brotherhood of man brought into the world by Christ. You can't separate these things.The Straussian cabal is very real and still holds loads of ideological power within American politics. It's my opinion that the DSA, in spite of claiming to be "anti-Zionist" and "anti-imperialist," are simply the next incarnation of the Neocons and will follow the exact Neocon playbook once elected. It's a known fact that many Neocons from the Bush II era have now since become Democrats and publicly supported Kamala Harris over Trump on the basis Trump wasn't Neocon enough (Bill Kristol comes to mind here). This must be exposed.
