Freedom of association strongly regulated;...if you miss any of those the unions just became a third part exploitable scam that will actually remove any remaining leverages from the workers.

I looked up the executive director and he was not only not in the engineering bargaining unit, he was management. I quit when the other executive members admitted it was a company union. Then there's these unions where all the union leaders are all bribed. Been in one of those too. We had to fight our own union leaders to go on strike, and they caved to company demands as soon as they could. Strong unions usually cheat the system, with members getting a lot more than they're worth. Company and bribed unions are in place to deny their people their legal rights and make the members bend over for management. All unions are evil, in that respect, like almost all managers are assholes and criminals.

Unions sound like a good idea on paper. But in reality they have just been a vector for communist organizing. They often bully the government to get themselves special laws, special protections. So the company negotiating with the union is almost like an artificial procedure since the law has already dictated terms already. Unions have a bad rap because they keep killing companies and killing industries even. They get really strike-happy and businesses become totally stagnant an unable to be competitive. The union is considered like the "touch of death" for a company. Public sector unions are just a retarded concept. The government will make laws to dictate how the government-union will negotiate with the government....what? Why is this a thing? There's more bad to say about them than good, but obviously they've done pretty well for certain workers, like dockworkers and teachers and such.

Employers collude and organize with themselves. It's only natural employees do so too. However they're pretty much captured, balless and institutionalized. Rights that took blood and tears are just thrown away for nothing, like how you need goberment permission now to strike or face punishment. This already happened where I live, like how MORONIC is it to give away your only bargaining chip, essentially paying money to not work.Funny how there's never discussion about limiting the employers' right to organize but when it comes to workers it's le evil because commies captured these movements before. Zero media about the employers' special interest organizations but it's le ppl making minimum pay on shit hours that are the problem. Poorfags rooting for billionaires never stops amazing me.
