Adding to this post, there is a video on Lookoutfacharlie's channel where he reviews the DSM-1 and DSM-2 and there is Absolutely No mention (zero) of "hearing voices" or "Schizophrenia" ?
They were not added untill later editions of the DSM After the technology discussed on his channel was invented.
