What are the political implications of me being a "walk the fuck out" employee?I treat all employers this way and yeah I am a wage slave. I've been like this for the last ten years at least.I have zero tolerance for managerial stupidity or I measure it very carefully. I do not engage in their stupidity. I stand my ground and if they don't respect it I walk the fuck out and go home and sometimes take the next day two or three off no call no shows and then come back to work eventually.I don't get fired. After a year of doing that i got burned out from talking to strangers on the phone all day, as im sure you can imagine that shit sucks. Next job i did this i worked in the Bakery at a Whole Foods. I had an incident with a coworker and quit cause of it. I haven't worked for about 2 years now and im looking. If I hadn't quit in those shitty ways i probably would have a decent job now as I have a business degree.Long story short it's best not to burn bridges.
