It's actually frustrating sometimes how careful they are to avoid actually shooting at criminals now. I think it's due to the bodycams, and the political climate after BLM.Also they have to do a tonne of paperwork and get investigated by the gun police every time they actually fire a shot.Tasers, dogs and non-lethal are preferred now.
