A little story from my mom, who does both PCC and PSC (head-head nurse and head-head-head nurse) in a hospital in BC. A majority of nurses she manages in her hospital are SEA ladies who hate working. Today, for a reason she couldn't figure out, almost all the brown nurses called in sick. With just her, and the white nurses that showed up, she was able to work faster and more efficiently running a 3 person crew per floor than she can fully staffed with flipp ladies. Basically, don't get sick in the future.

Why did they call out? There needs to be a good reason. You should at least give a couple days notice, if not 1 week or more?
