My wife gets a free smart phone with unlimited data due to her disability through the state's disability program. We get full insurance through the state due to being low income. We have $2243 month income, spend $120 month on bills, our $296 month food stamps covers all but $300 of our groceries. So we have roughly $1600/ month after basic necessities are covered. We're poor white trash. But we've cut expenses enough we live very comfortably.
