For the first 25 years of my life I tried literally everything I could to suppress being trans and to just be masculine, and then I decided to transition once it was evident that things were going to get worse mental health wise unless I did something, so I transitioned and have been pretty stable since. Once this is achieved, he will thendo what is called a real life experience test, which means being able to hold steady employment for three years presenting as a woman. once that is achieved, he is considered for hormone replacement and educated about responsibly taking hrt. None of this is done anymore, they basically let anyone transition.
