I saw some study that basically said men have to be around each other and working towards a common goal to be friends later in life. If you're extroverted and you really need a boyfriend, you should try to find a dude that will lift weights with you or join a sports team. If you've got kids you can put them in boy scouts or whatever you guys have and be friends with the other dads. If you don't like any of that you'll just have to go shopping for clubs and activities you like and try some out.
