Larger groups will ALWAYS abuse the smaller groups until the only thing the smaller group can do is resort to extreme violence. The larger group will ALWAYS break apart into fragmented factions, regarding the method to deal with the increasing problems. Therefore..failure is inevitable.There is only one God-given form of government. Therefore the only stable form of government is Christian Fuedal Monarchy. The king being only subject to the Word of God.LASTLY......a Republic is still a form of democracy, and as such is doomed to corrupt failure. In fact...one could argue Republics in theory appear better than direct democracy, but are actually worse because it encourages the worst sort of oligarchy...a 'headless-hydra bureaucratic kleptocracy' such as The USA. At a minimum a king has a life expectancy, and his heir can learn lessons from his father's mistakes. And not even mentioning the advantage of inherent antagonistic policy towards corruption.
