What happens here? Would you live here?
>>
you only go here to be far away from the real places and do weird things like rape little kids and fuck gay hippy sluts with loose pussies
>>
>>541330981
it's mostly lesbians
>>
>>541330981
If you can stay away from the people, it's a nice enough state. Shitty weather though and nothing you can't get somewhere else with far less woke boomer Communist faggotry.

Like most of New England outside the cities, it's great if you want to live a quiet, productive life. You get direct democracy in your little town like the Swiss do, and nowhere else in the US do you get that outside of New England. You can keep the bullshit out. Vermont bans billboards statewide. You can keep most chain stores and corporations the fuck away from pozzing up your neighborhood. If you really want to do cityfag stuff, Montreal is right there for a weekend, and NYC and Boston aren't too far away. But it's expensive. And there aren't many jobs.

Southern Vermont is based. Northern Vermont is degenerate.

One other thing about small town New England—there are old families who've been here 400 years who own all the best land and main street buildings and businesses and who are all over the town councils and school boards and police forces, and they really won't let you cut in on their racket. In a way it's nice, keeps things the old way, but don't think it's gonna be easy to just start up some kind of business to compete with them. They will run you the fuck out of town.

Nothing happens there except gay hippie shit, its awful. Its only tolerable if you dont mind fucking hairy hippie women and like doing drugs. Worst 2 years of my life.

Shitlibs and hippie boomers LARPing as farmers, depressed former mill towns, college professors destroying their communities with a fetish for brown people

Lesbians live there. Beware

I assume the Jews have a hand in it.

98% white. No evangelicals or country cowboy hillbilly shit. That leaves basically goth, hippie, and punk as acceptable US subcultures.
>>
>>541331986
Does he live there?

Elaborate.

Yes.

The only thing approaching a city is Burlington up north and along Lake Champlain. And north more is basically a suburb of Montreal. Vermont is French for Green Mountain, after all. Southern end is mostly just rural and mountains.

Bullshit. The northeast kingdom is the most based area in all of new England (with the possible rival of central Maine).
The Northeast kingdom is a slice of paradise. But I'm afraid it's completely full..

I didn't like snowboarding the one time I went there.

He doesn't know what the fuck he's talking about. He's too poor to ski in Stowe, Sugarbush or Jay Peak, and so he copes with this nonsense. I bet he doesn't even ski. He strikes me as a low class "boarder" from the Bronx.

Conditions can be icy. I'm hoping for a lot of fluffy stuff this season.
>>
>>541330981
Too cold. Otherwise pretty nice.
>>
>>541334913
He's actually a good guy. Vermonters are increasingly distancing themselves from those sorts of ideas, but Bernie is still broadly beloved in the state. And based on the anecdotes I've heard about him, which are all positive, there's plenty of reason for that.

Good skiing
>>
>>541341697
Very good skiing. It's also ideal for homesteading... except that prices are obnoxiously high rn. But the soil is some of the best in the world in certain areas. The southwest of the state and up through the Champlain valley is ideal cattle/dairy/sheep country. And crops grow amazing there as well. But the northeast kingdom has the coveted black soil. You guys would not believe how productive that soil is. It's pretty incredible honestly.
And in the countryside, Vermont is fairly conservative. Particularly in their mode of living. It's s great vibe in Vermont.
>>
Its just worse Maine now that they fucked their formerly good gun laws.
>>
>>541341986
It's real "small-c" conservative. Not this Davos billionaire have 16 baby-mamas and do ketamine and crypto rugpull bullshit that gets labeled Conservative these days.
>>

I stopped in Brattleboro once. Neat little town but I was surprised at the amount of homeless I saw. I was there in August and it was already quite chilly at night.

>White alone: Approximately 89.4% to 91.6% of the population.
