Daily reminder you're all cattle and Andrew Yang was your very last hope.

Uh there are parts of the country that aren’t the coast.

If I can't afford a house working a full time job I'm simply not working.

Andrew Yang literally jumped out of the race to instantly support Biden and then turned out to just want a CNN contributor job. He was never serious about winning the presidency. He just wanted the publicity

he saw the way the wind was blowing and cashed out. he wasn't about to do charity for a bunch of ungrateful shitlibs

If people couldn't afford houses, then the prices would adjust until they could. The free market wouldn't allow unaffordable housing. If you can't afford it that mean YOU are lazy and don't have a REAL job.

Your claim doesn't pass the smell test. NEXT!
>>
>>541331863
Real jobs don't pay real wages.
Fake jobs pay real wages. With fake jobs at the bank you can make 200k a year. With real jobs in farming and logistics you will only make 30k a year.
>>
>>541331245
>you're all cattle
most people have always been cattle. you aren't gonna be rich. you aren't gonna have a nice family. even many boomers never got rich and most of their wealth is in their house that they either can't sell or will die in. CAPITALISM requires most of the people to be relatively poor in order to work.

the USA specifically has been exporting debt for decades in order to prosper, while many regions of the world only grew poorer. the bill is coming due. the collapse is coming soon. there is nothing any of us can do about it. deal with it and accept the consequences of our lack of foresight (or care?) about it.

Socialist policies are why housing is so expensive.

Supply and demand.
In the 80s my parents could have easily bought a late 1800s villa in the city we lived in. But back then everybody wanted a house on the countryside (because the city was shit). Now it would be impossible for me to buy a house like that in that town because they are worth close to a million. Because now everybody wants to live in the city again.

No, anon is right. Every generation was willing to move to go where they could afford to work and live. This new generation isn’t willing to do that. Their inability to buy a home (in a desirable place that has become saturated with wealth) is only because they’re unwilling to do the work of moving to where the houses are affordable and become a part of the next boom town

They want to be a part of the achieved without working to achieve like prior generations

this really doesn't matter anymore. with jobs all online now (you can't apply to almost any job in person anymore), employers have access to more job seekers than ever, and it really doesn't matter if you live locally or want to move somewhere else. they can open the position to thousands of potential seekers that live anywhere.

what this means is there are thousands of people competing for one job all over the USA, if not the world, and moving around is no different than staying put.

politicians are humans too. they rose up as career politicians in the democratic party system and turning into a pariah does you no good (no better at least) unless you've got a macho man's ego to tend to. bernie had to learn to go independent. remember he's a jew so he probably coasted through life in washington unaware of the rot around him, where he gets a free pass on everything because of jewish ingroup bias. same thing as greta. they got massively platformed despite their power level because they didn't need to meet the stringent background checks whites face. bernie had a lot of red flag takes on certain issues too eg. kosovo and one palestinian state but people make mistakes, they can't all be well informed.
yang probably just said welp I tried and went back to the comfy career grind. he might not have the same loyalty to america as a minority, and one whose motherland is the primary adversary of the country he's trying to help.

All the houses are being snapped up by investors and boomers buying vacation homes. Check out any rural town after the pandemic. It's 99% retirees and tourists bitching about labor issues because they priced the entire working class out of town. Anyone under the age of 60 in rural America is homeless or using gibs to subsidize housing costs.
Regular people can't afford these things, but richfags spend like niggers thinking they can take houses and piles of rent/airBNB money to hell with them. These people have 10 years of life, max, and they are feverishly trying to become billionaires. The elderly generation's greed is excessive and irrational.

>The elderly generation's greed is excessive and irrational.
There's something deeply wrong with all of them. Growing up as an 'elder millennial', I can't recall anyone in my life my age that didn't have problems with their weird, deluded or abusive parents. At least half are estranged. Boomers are completely insane, I swear to God they stopped emotionally maturing at the age of 10 and are permanently stuck in a juvenile, if not toddler mental state for the rest of their lives. Most of them are still alcoholics into their 60's and 70's. It really tracks, given they were raised by equally subhuman people, by "men" whose only claim to "greatness" was crossing the Atlantic to slaughter white people for jews, then come home to drink themselves into an early grave and beat their children.

America is a worthless judaized hellscape shithole. A country is not a 'place', its a 'people'. America doesn't have 'a people', there is no volk.

Should be earning around $200k gross combined even at the lower end of those job pay scales.
Using the 28% rule, with $200k combined income, they could afford up to a ~$4500/mo mortgage payment. Depending on details like interest rate, how much they put down, etc. that means they could afford to buy a ~$750k house.
Even in a HCOL area, they should be able to find something decent for $750k or less.
>No, but I want a nice, big home in a nice good neighborhood in Silicon Valley and they all cost more than that!

It's the same thing. Investors and boomers wouldn't be buying houses to use as AirBnbs or long term rentals if there weren't people out there willing and able to pay to rent those houses from them.
The real issue is that (You) and a lot of other /pol/tards think of themselves as "regular people" without realizing that they are actually poorfags much further down the socioeconomic ladder than they realize.
The overall homeownership rate in the US has consistently been in the 60-70% range since the post WWII economic boom, and there is no indication that will change in the foreseeable future.
In other words, there has always been about 1/3 of Americans who are poorfags who can't afford to own a home. If you can't afford a home today, it's not because there is some weird new thing happening that is preventing most people from being able to afford a home. It's just because you are a poorfag in the bottom 1/3rd.

Those who can "afford" this don't really own the house, it belongs mostly throughout their whole life to the bank, which again forces the house "owner" to stick to the job or find a better one but generally never ever dare to think about not working. It's a saving plan via mortgage if not for yourself, for your kids at least. And every now and then the juice fuck up the housing market to take those houses back for nothing to resell it for a better margin and the cycle starts again. This time with jeets probably didn't work to good with niggers. But I am just guessing.
>>

as dumb as this sounds it was actually working for a long time…

poor people simply moved to poor areas and then they would buy a cheap car, fill it up with cheap gas and commute 2 hours every day…

yeah the drive was a bitch and you had to wake up at 5 AM but the economics of it worked beautifully… work in a wealthy city while living in a poor city that costs nothing…

and then the jews drove the price of cars way up by crashing the auto industry in 2008 just before obama came in!

and then more recently jews drove gas prices up (where they will remain forever potentially) by getting zion don to shut down the strait of hormuz!

just another aspect of american society destroyed.
