If anything, contemporary Hollywood studios are way more prudish than they were (granted, on the degenerate side back then) and I'm not that old so I'm talking like even 10-20 years ago. It's also spread outside Hollywood so it's everywhere.Any nude situation shows barely anything and any sexual encounter is 98 out of 100 times cut to next scene of ie a couple sleeping or waking up or whatever. Granted I now only watch maybe 20-30 movies each year but still representative.I don't want movies to be porn but just for the record we are right now on the extremely prude end of the spectrum, not the constant nudity one.
