Redpill me on eastern/oriental mysticism and philosophy. Been reading some of this and seems pretty interesting. I don't see why these ancient teachings would conflict with western philosophy, in fact they seem to perfectly compliment each other

Honestly, I've been living the Daoist style for a good while now. The Tao Te Ching is very digestible, but it gives you a lot to think and chew on. Even if you don't take the religious/supernatural elements at face value, the philosophical topics are still top-tier.
