But most people are lazy and retarded, so they'd rather spend 3 hours a day doomscrolling and eating cheap packaged slop instead of spending a bit of that time meal prepping. You can get a 2 liter of soda for $1. You can get kraft mac for 89cents a box when its on sale. If you can stand eating the same cheap slop everyday you can easily reach thousands of calories on the cheap.
