Assuming it were legal, of course and keeping it realistic, since most of us aren't elites who can just marry into wealth. you'd probably be looking at the kids of friends, family, coworkers, or other people in your circle. Would you take that chance or you would let them choose themselves once they grow up?
If you can't/won't trust your grown-up children to make good decisions then you're a failure as a parent and incompetent to make better decisions for them.If you complain about our "low-trust society" then realize where it begins: with you.
