Housing market QRD, the only houses in demand fall into 3 categories
>Middle-poor housing - housing that's relatively cheap compared to the average, something that's cheap enough a 30 year old could buy it and raise a family in. There is almost zero supply for said houses.
>Downsized retirement housing - usually a patio home, cheap and small, for retiring when you're out of money and old. There's a severe lack of supply and even the cheapest of these skyrocket in price
>Rich boomer houses - a 65 year old looking for a house upgrade of some sort, buying a house from a 70 year old who's looking to downsize

The number one buyer for houses is 65 year olds, that's not an exaggeration that's the actual statistic. The number one seller is 70 year olds. There's a severe market mismatch, we're flooded with luxury houses and mansions but there's hardly any middle housing that's been made for a couple decades now (more profit if you can sell a luxury) and all the cheap houses are now bought up as retirement houses.
So all houses on the market go up massively in price, cheap ones sell instantly, only expensive baghodler ones left. Yes, nobody could afford this actually, it doesn't matter as only the rich can afford any kind of housing.
>>
>>541363709
>There is almost zero supply for said houses.
>There's a severe lack of supply and even the cheapest of these skyrocket in price
damn, guess everyone just has to rent
jews didn't want it to be like this, so it's not their fault, don't blame them, not like there's been endless little burner subsidiary companies buying any houses selling in whatever area for years now to sit on and rent
>>
>>541363841
>They're being rented out
No, they literally just were not built for a couple decades at this point, ever since the price of housing did the initial price increase they switched over to luxury housing construction, which bumped their profit margins up a couple percent higher.

Supply has been basically zero for said houses and nobody has even tried to address it, but they've openly known about the problem and have decided to do nothing.
>>
>>541363395
Wonder if "them there" is Scandi immigrant influence. It sounds natural here.
>>
>>541363709
Boomers are a massive problem. I'm helping my 74yo mother look for a place closer to my sister, maybe 45 mins from where she is now, basically the same market. Goal is to rent out her current house, and pay for a new(SMALLER), house. Anything under ~2000sqft she calls tiny. She wants multiple stories for some reason. Why the FUCK do you need a 4 bed, 2 or 3 story home, for 1 person?? WTF is wrong with boomers man. My gf's boomer parents just bought a BIGGER home than what they had, new one is like 8,000 sqft.
>>
Yes they are.

Yeah. They were supposed to downsize when they were 50 or 60 and no longer needed the mansion, at that point instead of selling the big house and having a smaller one constructed they decided to keep the big 5 bedroom house and fill the rooms with junk.

There has never been a more greedy generation, just having massive houses sit idle with a single room being used for habitation in an entire farmhouse / mansion so they can fill a room with plastic lawn chairs.

Oh and to add onto this they're also the MUH LAND group, that owns 99% of the land in the USA but doesn't actually use it to do anything. They'll have land sitting completely idle that they haven't been on in a decade but they don't sell it because they know what they got.

Looked at my local land listings and there's 1/2 an acre that's been listed for sale for 5 years now, he's lost 1/4 of the value to just property taxes alone and has lost probably twice as much in just maintenance, just keeping it for no reason other than hoping that someone buys it, no offers for years.
They sit on their houses until they rot, they sit on the land and make sure that nobody can have space for even a garden because land is a form of "wealth" for them and this means that they have to hold it forever in a literal speculation scheme hoping someone pays a 10x inflated price on it so they can make their money back, meanwhile the prime real estate they're holding onto is swampland with flooding issues in a low-income neighborhood.
This is my anecdote for the area I live in but these are real numbers.
It's a 170k dollar housing area.
Any new build would cost 200k to be up to code.
A boomer is trying to sell 1/2 acre for 20,000, which would put the price of a house in the area up to 220k, so it's just 50k cheaper to buy a house. He still isn't even willing to negotiate at all and wants the full price for his literal dead land that's costing him a few thousand a year.
>>
>>541362851

I work in a city 40 minutes away for $32 an hour doing sheetmetal.
The property taxes on my 40 acres is $370 a year.
>im the anon who was shitting in a bucket for 2 years until i saved enough for a septic system for my cabin and spent 5 years (total) carting water home in jugs every day after work until I saved enough for a well.

I added the green text just to emphasize what can be done if youre willing to suffer for it.
As for a turnkey house innawoods- commuting normal.
People in L.A. spend more time on the freeway everyday than I do and they live 15 miles from work.
There is no place thats inaccessible anymore. You can drop a random in the U.S. on google earth and be within an hours drive to a walmart. Im not saying just work at walmart- im saying work at walmart, just highlighting the fact that if you jump on the freeway you can be to a city before your favorite album plays through.

The problem with the boomer property holders is that they never thought prices could come down, and then relied on property as their retirement plan. As boomers die out in both USA and Canada, we will see a huge deflationary event with properties and assets as the younger generations just don't have the fiat wealth to buy up those assets as they become available

I found my property on landandfarm.
I actually foind it randomly. I was going to visit a friend and just did a google search for the area to see what there was to do around there and had some "20 acres for sale. No money down, no credit check , $199 a month" pop up.
Told my buddy about it and he was like "I know that area, you'll love it, let's go check it out".
Walked around the property for about 2 hours and called the realtor and said "ill take it, send me the paperwork".

I bought land by accident.

That that don't even need, and will be dead in 10 years. It's like multiple generations of people waiting for them to die, so they can have lives. It's comical as shit right now that outer counties of LA and San Francisco in places like Clearlake and or Bakersfield or small town NorCal you can still find houses 150k but homes in Iowa are pushing 200k.
Everyone is leaving California and only super rich techies, Doctors and Foreign wealth keeps San Francisco and Orange County and Hollywood Hills etc etc in the multi million range.

the middle class is dying in California and the uber wealth Multi Millionaire in the hundreds of millions or Billionaires are leaving because of the Billionair tax law.
All these companies are splitting while Sauds and Chinese wealth buy into California property as a tax advantage. you have homes not lived in in upper middle class neighborhoods.

The metal roof can be made white or a light tan. It's an Amish trick. Also, a fan can be installed. We have a ridge vent. In the hot summer, we leave the screened basement door/windows open, leave the stairwell door open. You can just leave the basement windows open if you are worried about bears. Anyway, it makes an amazing air current that cools the whole house. We don't have AC, frankly don't need it. The fresh air is pleasant.

That's like 200k max. Assuming the drive to and from isn't a massive shithole which is almost a guarantee since it's on a mountain cliff and it's thoroughly structurally tested and won't easily collapse in under 100 years even if all the stilts are destroyed.

If the drive is a shithole it drops to about 50k. If it's going to collapse you couldn't pay me to live there.

The chocolate colored ones are easy to source (Marans). So are the blues (Ameraucana, crested cream legbar). The green is just from crossing those two. But the "purple" is something special ive been working on for a couple years.

you can get relatively far without AC but paying for more proper construction in the USA for LESS effect costs more than slapping on a $500-1k AC machine to some rooms or just a like $7k thing for all rooms.

the USA mostly doesn't build houses to last anyhow so whatever better stuff you try to reduce heat for $50k or whatever in the USA is just another $50k loss in 30-60y kek

it wouldn't have to be that way but in many regions you probably will feel like you can't even find a construction crew or the materials for less than like 700k-1m extra. "what are waterproof concrete basin cellars" heh.

Not for that high-maintenance piece of shit that was obviously designed and built by retards high on some bullshit.

I am so jealous of the superrich, I saw this estate in Veneta, Oregon its the most beautiful thing I've ever seen and it hurts a lot like knowing a 10/10 IRL and knowing you can't have her without rape except I can't even rape a house.

https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/24218-Vaughn-Rd-Veneta-OR-97487/55516095_zpid/

The houses are not like architectural masterpieces but its just because having four of them would be so sick and my whole family across the country could live there rent free. The lake with three fountains and that dock is exactly my dream I have always wanted my own private lake. Then you even get a 800 acre farm on top of that. Damn makes me almost shed a tear

I was just trying to find pics of my driveway with the loblolly pines I planted a decade ago (cant find the pic i wanted). Theu grow 2-3 feet a year. I planted about 500 total across the property. Thwure like 25 feet tall now, its so weird.
I have blueberries that are multiplying every year.
Apples.crapped out. Same with peaches. Mostly due to me watering with jugs because I planted before I had a well and havemt gone back niw that I have unlimited water.
Pears are doing good.
I have a lot of live oaks and sawtooth oaks. Also jad a friend ship me burr oak acorns (largest acorn in north america- the size of a golf ball) i have 7 of them growing like crazy. Largest is bigger than I am now and I actually pulled one leaf last year to seal in plastic because it was about 12" long.
I dig up pecan and black walnut sapplings thay sprouts at a friend's house to transplant. I have 12 pecan this year and 20 walnut. The pecan dont breed true so most will suck but free vs $50 a piece at the nursery.

Gangstalkers can live there in order to harass anyone who makes it.
It's all about cutting down the competition.
There are too many people and not enough jobs. Plenty of tax dollars to waste on kike spies though.

everyone says "ok schizo"; so, are you ok, schizo?

Lol, is that really from the listing??
Thats 100% built for "you can totally make money off this" and not "raise a family in paradise".
Kinda sad really.

Need the generator noise to STFU cause my dog sprained her paw. This shit is draining my creativity right now. I was on a roll with gamedev and TRYING to build something soundproof outside of the chemtrail rain and now I can't think of anything creative anymore or continue what I was doing. Generator noise can travel for miles and miles. 20 acres ain't enough. They don't sell properties that are sound-proof for a price anyone who isn't a freemason golem/chosen elite kikeoid can afford
So fucking ironic that they pollute the air with jets to make it rain because it hasn't been snowing enough due to pollution. These tards need to be overthrown.

are you building a house out of pallets?
not judging
>>
>>541366400
Found the pic i was loking for.

So this isn't even the whole driveway, it just turns behind me and other trees block this view.
This is about a quarter mile long. All the tall trees i planted when they were just 12" seedlings a decade ago. (The little trees that are in frame are "volunteers" that came up on their own since then).
>>
>>541367508
You could build soundproofing around the generator... Move the cooling loop, that part is pretty quiet.
>>
>>541367230
Yes, it's in the video link I posted. no one is raising a family up there. the webpage for the gated community this house is in says it's vacation homes and retirees. anyone who thinks they are going to be 31 and pulling off a trad larp life there has their head up their ass.
>>
>>541367628
Nah that's just a storage shed to keep the building materials dry. It's in a gulch which I will also have to build an earthen wall in to block more sound. I have to carry everything into the gulch by hand, there's no driveway. It's my best bet for getting away from gangstalkers as it's backed by public land and I have my own private hiking trail. Since she can't hike right now we can't get away from the noids.
>>541367684
I already honked at this faggot boomer piece of shit who tried wandering past me on a walk towards my property saying he was lost or some shit like a faggot and told him to fuck off then too.
Since the cops aren't showing up the only rational thing to do is bide my time and build, but this is absolutely fucked. I can't concentrate now. Multiple fucking dogs barking too, these satanic freaks hate dogs like some sort of arabic chinese niggers. Fucking hate them so much I can't focus and be creative when I need to. Sucks.
>>
>>541362594
>no it aint
Then it won't sell and he'll have to drop his price until it does. Surely you'll be able to swoop it up when it drops enough, right?
>>
>>541367628
No I'm pretty sure that's the anon who almost gave himself sepsis putting his cabin together last year. If it is he's sounding a whole lot worse for wear psychologically than he was back then.
