The US and Europe will ultimately not allow Israel/jews to be tried as war criminals. The US and Europe would rather start a world war than to see Israel/jews held accountable in court for their own actions

Freed cities can use a bottom-up, rather than top-down method to band together and ultimately free states, then the country.
