Even if you're not part of a conspiracy, it's pretty clear that keeping someone's name out of the news won't stop copycat killers. The only thing that would work is to prevent the crime from being shown on TV. It seems really stupid, and it seems suspicious to me. I mean, I'm not crazy for saying this because, as I mentioned, the hijackers on 9/11, right?It doesn't matter if you know their names are not. People were worried about copycat killers because of the actual event. The only people who wouldn't want you to focus on a name are the people who have something to hide about it.
