Particularly after the COVID-19 lockdowns. They seemed failing to receive or process any information, I have to repeat and confirm to be sure they understand basic concepts and logics, then in many cases they still have no clue afterwards.
What happened to these NPCs, Chuds etc., or whatever the name they are being called these days.
I don’t remember I experienced the same before COVID, how could the society be operational if they are all like this?

I know exactly what you mean
yes NPCs are getting dumber
but so are player characters in my experience.
