HAARP is a radar installation that utilizes a phased antenna array, pointing straight into space. There is zero possibility that this was caused by HAARP.

>>541376514
It's not a weather modification system, officially it was about experiments with radio excitation of the ionosphere, but if you look at it from a technical point of view, it's obviously a radar, possibly for tracking satellites and maybe for AWACS.

classic gpu overheating. repaste the heatsinks. thermal paste has a service life and most old tech is way past it.

I was playing Goldeneye 64 a few days ago and played Dam, the starting level. Right behind you is a giant slab that mostly covers a cave/tunnel opening and prevents you from seeing or walking into it but the graphic was gone and the slab was still physically blocking me from walking into the opening but I could see what it was concealing.

I quit the game and went to Cradle and every guard is supposed to be wearing sunglasses but the top halves of their faces were just solid black, still concealed but more than usual. I went to Surface, a snow level and the game had this piercing shrieking sound that wouldn't stop and when I went to pause and quit the level the game just froze halfway into lifting the watch up for the pause screen.

I had Goldeneye in the cart slot of that N64 for maybe 18 years straight.

Thank goodness for BeamNG
It's brought about the minimal standard for crash and crumping physics.
