Judging by their past performances, the only things they could ever consolidate are failure and treason.

Currently it’s a small group of 3 countries, they have their guy in Syria who needs his country consolidated, same with saudis guys in yemen, then sudan Libya and Somalia, basically reversing the clean break, who’s really stopping Turkish military, Saudi financing and Pakistani man power in any of these conflicts or fronts? Trump won’t get involved, china never has, Russia is too preoccupied, turkey just needs to call isreals bluff in turkey

>inferior to islamic republic of iran.

Then let me explain to you the fundamental reason this is an ineffective alliance.
Turkey is facing an economy that has been teetering on the bring of hyperinflation for years and needs money, now, badly. They were paid to enter this alliance by the Saudis.
The Saudis in turn have very sharply and suddenly realized that their protector, the US, is losing both power and the political will to defend them, which became incredibly obvious when Iran bombed their base in Bahrain which then started a chain reaction of total logistical failure. They are also aware of the fact that their army is very expensive, but so extremely incompetent they won't win a fight against anyone.
And then we have Pakistan which is in it for the money, but their actual security threat is India and they have no intention of actually doing anything they don't absolutely have to in any other direction.
Pakistan is also bound by China which is its primary armament supplier, and Pakistan needs that or it might look weak in front of India which could result in losses of land or political capital. This is relevant because China is generally supportive of Iran's efforts against the US.
So what's the point of it all? This is not so much of an alliance as it is the Saudis trying to fix their military situation by throwing money at the problem, which is the only thing they know how to do.
Nobody here will stand up for anyone else and the whole thing will collapse at first sign of danger.
Their best, most optimistic scenario is dragging Syria into it, which is a problem of its own because Syria is a nation so internally divided it could easily send it into another civil war or some kind of war with Hez.
