This is exactly why he insisted on Slavs being inferior people, - that was an attempt to rationalize his conquests in the East and normalize the idea of ethnical cleansings there to the German population. Likewise, he would claim that the British are the most Aryan people in existence, even purer than Germans themselves, simply because he saw a strategic interest in aligning with Great Britain and was attempting to preemptively substantiate it. Funnily enough, the moment the British utterly refused to make any sort of coalition with Germany, he immediately went back on his word and started saying British were actually controlled by Jews.
