Everyone wants a pill that fixes whatever problem they have as fast as possible which always results in side effects to which you have to take another pill to fight those side effects but then more side effects from that one makes you take a different pill rinse and repeat. These pills (which most don't have any long term testing) also only treat symptoms but are never a cure.
