I know how to break my problems down into small enough chunks to let AI take care of the implementation and it's a huge productivity boost. A bunch of people I work with try to one shot everything and it turns into a horrible mess. It's a question of usage, but you need to already know what you're doing to be able to use it in a useful way, even then it can easily fuck up, since it's just a fancy token predictor, and those can take awhile to catch.
