Oh, I'll share one other trick I've discovered.If you have a video that is too big, like greater than 6MB, you can shrink it down without trashing the quality too much like thisffmpeg -i input.mp4 -an -c:v libx264 -crf 40 -preset medium output.mp4If it's still too big, increase the 40. The higher you go, the smaller the file. It works much better than trying to limit the bitrate.
