yes. russia produces very little gasoline domestically. it's all crude oil and gas, but little to no gasoline for vehicles. even without war they usually have increased prices around winter as a result. they import most of it from abroad. the problem is that ukrainians keep attacking the few refineries that do make gasoline, thus causing shortages. while this won't affect the russian government income (which is from crude oil and gas), it is once again another humiliation in an endless list of humiliations that the kremlin brings onto itself. they are always going out of their way to make sure russia is seen as a weak and corrupt shit hole that's about to implode, which fuels western sentiment (especially among the elites) that ukraine is winning and that more money and weapons should be sent.russians are cvcked retards, more news at 11.
