I have 5 pairs of young resident doctors sharing houses, and a lot of other hospital staff sharing other houses. nobody can afford to live alone these days ans especially when they work 12 hour days, they have the house to themselves if they work opposite shifts. 2 of the houses have pools. 4 have garages.prices vary a lot, depending on amenities. I make a down payment, and put tenants in immediately paying the mortgage. I'm flexible. two houses are full of nurses, and they are the craziest, always breaking stuff. volume of a house is not a thing, some have cathedral ceilings and that's not exactly usable space.
