If my credit wasn't fucking ruined I would be able to afford the payments on one of these and just love it. I'd get that $50k one probably, delivery can't be more than $10k i'd guess, and i'd just buy 1 acre of land with septic and a well already on it for an additional $15k at most. all in all financed for $75k i guess, monthly payments would be like what, <$500? better than renting.
