I don't get why everyone is always trying to buy a house that already exists somewhere, when you could literally have a new house delivered by Amish people to blank land you bought for way cheaper. For example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lEFKKkg02RMThis is not an ad btw just one of many examples. On their website you can see these things kick ass for the price, as opposed to an already existing house for $300,000+Alternatively, why the fuck would anyone buy lumber from Lowe's etc when Amish people sell it to you way cheaper?
If my credit wasn't fucking ruined I would be able to afford the payments on one of these and just love it. I'd get that $50k one probably, delivery can't be more than $10k i'd guess, and i'd just buy 1 acre of land with septic and a well already on it for an additional $15k at most. all in all financed for $75k i guess, monthly payments would be like what, <$500? better than renting.
>>541478684Mobile home I inherited from my grampas fairly similar size and layout from what I saw in the video. Its enough space for one person to live comfy. My mobile home came with 5 acres, surrounded by Daniel Boone national forrest, got a acre long drive way I fenced off the entry to at the main road, only the loIcal magistrate- my older brother- has a key to it besides me. So it's like an island of solitude surrounded by heavily regulated federal lands. Only person I see on a semi- regular basis is the game warden that drives the government access road on the park land other side of my fence behind my house. She rings me when she's coming through, I take her out a sandwich and a couple cans mountain dew. Been thinking about asking her out, but haven't got the nerve up.Sorry bout the blog post. Drunk and shit posting on here to waste time
>>541479467This is your website, brother.

Wtf happeend to this board? /pol/ used to be a place where intellects talked and came up with actual ideas, funny jokes and had lots of fun. This is such a major downgrade in quality posting holy moly, it reminds me of 989 Studios making Needles Kane(Sweet Tooth) go from a homicidal clown to a literal hooligan clown that has a sweets addiction.
>>541478684Gotta have land to put it on bruv. And most building codes would prevent me from sticking it on family's property.Plus I'd like to have fiber internet, and paying to have lines ran is expensive as hell too.
>>541478684>>541478787Buy an ad for your "manufactured housing" business.

>>541478684LMAO i love it. It's so fucking dystopian. We've got billionaires with gigayachts meanwhile the rest are having to adapt to living in shitshacks or under a bridge. When are the rest of you fucking retards going to wake the fuck up and say enough? I'm getting supremely sick and tired of waiting, for decades, for the rest of all you fucking retarded apes to catch-up and smarten up so that we can finally fix this shit.
>>541480889lmao they will never ever eeeeeeeeeeever catch up. They elected a billionaire with towers all over the planet with golden toilets, to help "Joe the plumber"Never ever.
